Lisa has worked in the dental field for close to 35 years. She has clinical and administrative experience and is a patient advocate. Lisa is an expert in helping patients understands their treatment and insurance benefits as well as guiding them through the process to completion, both comfortably and efficiently. She takes pleasure in seeing patients’ lives transformed by the smiles Dr. Withers creates for them! She takes pride in the team at Withers Dental. She enjoys living a healthy lifestyle, most of her time away from the office she spends with her family.
Siedah is the Treatment Coordinator for Withers Dental. With over 5 years of dental experience, she is committed to helping our patients understand their dental benefits and their treatment plans. Outside the office, Siedah enjoys weightlifting, reading celebrity gossip, and spending time with friends and family.
Bethany is the first smile you see entering the office. She found herself in the dental Industry in 2022. She loves that she is always learning something new. She always tries to keep a positive attitude and stays smiling. She is always striving to build relationships with each patient and encouraging them to stay on track with their oral hygiene. She is a South Bay local. When she is not in the office she loves to spend her time exploring along the coast with her dog “Coal”. She enjoys Farmers Markets, a simple sunrise or sunset, and hiking. She is always striving for a healthy lifestyle.
Kayla is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 7 years’ experience. She graduated in 2017 with honors from San Juan College in New Mexico. She went on to get her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of New Mexico. Kayla has taken many hours of continuing education courses over the years. In addition to being laser certified, she also has extensive experience and advanced training in the administration of local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and soft tissue curettage. In her free time she enjoys hot yoga, hiking, and listening to audiobooks.
Lucy Orozco has been a dental hygienist since 2019, combining her attention to detail with a passion for boosting confidence through oral health. She’s earned multiple awards, including the Periodontology Award (2021), Cloud Dentistry’s Dental Hygiene Devotion Scholarship (2021), and Dean’s Honor List (2020, 2021). Outside of dentistry, Lucy owns a paramedical tattoo business specializing in stretch mark and scar rejuvenation. Whether improving smiles or skin, her goal is to help people feel their best. In her free time, she enjoys long walks, hiking, working out, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and embracing new adventures.
Michelle graduated with a Bachelor’s of science in Dental Hygiene at West Coast University and is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal oral health and maintain bright, healthy smiles. Specializing in preventive care, she provides thorough cleanings, expert education, and compassionate patient care. Committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology, Michelle works closely with patients to ensure they understand the importance of oral hygiene. When not in the office, she enjoys taking long walks on the beach, watching the sunsets, and spending time with her family.
Ana started her career in Dentistry in 2006 and worked as a Registered Dental Assistant. Soon thereafter, she started pursuing her educational path towards becoming a Dental Hygienist. In 2015 Ana graduated with an Associate in Science Degree from West Los Angeles College Dental Hygiene program. After being a Registered Dental Hygienist for 6 years she continued her education and got her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2020. In addition, she studied in California North State University in 2021, to obtain another license to allow her to bring dental care to the underserved community and those in need as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative practice. Ana enjoys working with patients, being able to provide care and teaching patients how to make a difference in their lives through improving their oral health. She is capable of providing patients with periodontal therapy, pain control (Local Anesthesia), periodontal assessments to determine the condition of patient’s oral health, and oral hygiene instructions. Her hobbies include working out, watching movies, traveling and spending time with her family.
Martha has enjoyed working with Withers Dental for 27 years. She has been part of creating smiles for many generations of Withers Dental patients. Martha’s favorite part of working at Withers Dental is always being on the next level of dental technology. She loves and enjoys working with her co-workers. On her free time she rides her bike, enjoys the gym and lately she has discovered the love of quilting.
Melissa has been an assistant since 2018. She is committed to keeping up with the latest advancements in dental procedures and technologies, and is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care to each patient. When Melissa isn’t working she loves to spend time with her dog Frida.
Kathy is a friendly and upbeat, dental assistant with over 20 years of experience in the dental field. She strives to build strong relationships with patient and prides herself in providing quality support during dental procedures. She is detail oriented and highly attentive to patient needs. She is proud to be a part of a team that shares the same quality of care for our patients.
